In-ground Concrete Pool, rectangular size 4.5 x 10 mtr (14 ft x 33 ft)
with 3 halogen under water lights for late night swims.
Three steps over the full width of the pool lead you into the 2 meter deep basin.
The mechanical facilities and plumbing are underground next to the pool, reducing noise of pumps to an absolute minimum. A sand filter keeps the water clean.

The Bolivia’s kitchen is designed in a modern linear style with international appeal. Ever wished you had more space in your kitchen? This kitchen offers optimal storage space and organization by Blum. No more cupboard doors or shelves, only pull-outs and drawers that function perfectly. Drawer fronts are Okoume wood and match the interior doors of the house. The counter top and center island have a pigmented concrete finish. The appliances are mainly European. A built in dishwasher and microwave, stainless steel 5-ring stove with oven (90 cm / 3 ft wide) and a stainless steel double door American style fridge / freezer with icemaker.

Luxury bathrooms
The days of run of the mill and boring bathrooms are over! Oud Lagoen Villas' bathrooms are designed using natural materials that are less likely to date. Take for instance this washstand made of solid Cedar and black granite Vessels. More a piece of art than just basins to wash your hands in. The shower walls are tiled floor to ceiling with 80x 80 cm (32'x 32') natural Lava stone slates. All Bathrooms are equipped with two large ceiling mounted rain-showers and designer faucets that match your sense of style and bathroom décor. The toilets in the Master Bathroom are wall-hung and designed by Philippe Starck. To create instant ambience all halogen ceiling lights are fitted with dimmers. |
