The present owner is an active and succesful Internet entrepeneur who recently added a swimmingpool to the property. Rainwater for the garden is collected from the roof and stored in an optional 50.000 liter semi-underground watertank. The roof tiled tank shows in the art impression at the front. The Montana features a large open livingroom, with dubbel doors leading to a large patio at the rear of the house. The cottage style kitchen was hand built in Bonaire by a Colombean craftsman and serves as a great example of how a nostalgic athmosphere can be enhanced. There are two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a utility room.
